We have made your stay a stress-free experience by throwing in the bonuses of a TV licence, utility allowance, all of which are covered by the rental charge, fire doors and a fire alarm have also been fitted – and, if you have any issues during your time at Flat 1, there’s on-call support, too.

We appreciate you may not have the time or energy after a long day at University to keep your flat clean and fresh, which is why you have an option of cleaning service rivalled by none.  Our cleaners attend and clean your flat for a small extra cost.  This ensures your flat looks as good throughout the year. What does it costs?

Students can experience this property at the specified rent for 51 weeks or with an option to leave at 44 weeks whilst keeping up to 5 boxes each in our storage facility for the remaining 7 weeks for a discount on the rent, and is available as part of a group booking only. Interested parties only need to pay a small deposit to secure the property– and enjoy luxury living throughout the entire academic year.
