Mill Hall Studios is a brand new studio complex completed in September 2024.  This particular studio is specifically designed for couples sharing. It features a full size double bed, two huge wardrobes, two desks and plenty of extra space a couple would need.  Set within a six storey Grade two listed former mill, with amazing original features such as high vaulted ceilings, huge windows and the highest specification modern fixtures we have ever done.  Its tranquil and quiet location next to Lancaster Canal on Moor Lane is simply ideal, whilst being within a couple of minutes to all city-center amenities. The main bus station being only a short five minute walk away.  No expense has been spared to ensure these studios are the best specification in Lancaster.  The living areas are purposely split to provide a dedicated kitchen/living zone at one half and sleeping work zone at the other. Each studio features a sofa bed to create a usable lounge area.  Many studios offered elsewhere are poorly designed with kitchens located immediately next to sleeping areas and no sofa. What does it costs?

Students can experience this property at the specified rents for 51 weeks with either an option to occupy for 51 weeks or an option to leave at 44 weeks whilst keeping up to 5 boxes each in our storage facility for the remaining 7 weeks for a discounted rate, and is available as part of a single or couple booking. Interested parties only need to pay a small deposit to secure the property– and enjoy luxury living throughout the entire academic year.
